I phoned up Leigh  and asked if he could fix a washing machine in Central London.  He said he doesn't work here but asked me exactly what the problem was and then talked me through fixing the problem myself. When I first contacted Leigh his first reaction was to give me advice over the phone about how I might fix the fault myself, for free.

When that failed he came when promised and fixed the fault speedily and professionally was a delight to deal with.

And much cheaper than the other companies I contacted where spoke to friendly but ignorant receptionists.

This us the second time we've called on Leigh for washing machine repairs, and both times he has been absolutely superb. He is a thoroughly nice guy, and very helpful and knowledgeable too. On both visits he fixed the problems for us straight away. He also answered our questions very thoroughly, and gave us some useful general advice too. All this came at a very reasonable price.
